Description Customer Complaints, investigation and corrective actions completion. —Internal audit of the factory operations —External audits for suppliers —Quality Management System practices —BRC/IOP practices —Training (internal & external) —Customer approvals for new raw materials —Regular customer visits .Manage and direct all QC activates with his subordinates .Set goals & objectives for his team and support them to be oriented with the company objectives and achieved at the best standard .Determine the lab equipment that need calibration, and calibration periods, determining the private laboratories that provide calibration services and ensure they are calibrated and justified within the company.
Qualifications B.Sc. Science, Engineering B2B experience is preferable
