Description Provides ‘hands-on overall revenue to ensure store financial performance and customer service meets or exceeds company goal .Achieve sales targets submitted from site manager. Keep shop in a very good condition. Keep the shop housekeeping in outstanding shape. Follow up work flow as per process. Increase total sales and GP. Ensure that price tags are up to date. Do self-training. Increase performance. Implementing company policies and procedures. Enhance self-image. Escalate customers complains to site manager and/or area manager if required. Implement flyer dist. Plan. Welcoming customers. Implement daily check form .Doing the daily deposit as per financial department instructions .Cash handling
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree. Good command of English language. Good Sales skills. Communication skills. Presentable.

Experience 0 – New Graduate Years.
Other Skills •Communication, negotiation, Outgoing, Problem solving, planning & organizing, and demonstrable strong business acumen. •Candidate with technical background and or tires and spare parts experience is preferred. •Ability to interact with customers and respond to complaints or issues raised by customers •Must be hardworking, trustworthy and reliable. •Highly organized with the ability to adapt quickly to strategic change •Self-starter, who takes initiative •Exceptional communicator.
