Description Provides hands-on overall leadership and direction to site personnel/employees to ensure store financial performance and customer service meets or exceeds company goals. The site manager must be able to select effective team members and establish clear expectations to the team. This position is also required to demonstrate a dedication to meet company goals, providing clear vision / direction / strategy to subordinates and to set the example for attitude, professionalism, and work ethic at the location. The site manager will be accountable for the performance of his unit in terms of sales targets, costs and customer service levels. The site manager will ensure that all site processes are effectively followed and that a culture of continuous improvement is applied in order to develop the site operation to meet the needs and demands of customers.
Qualifications •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Economics or equivalent. •2-3 years of experience in a similar sales position in a similar industry

Other Skills •Communication, negotiation, Outgoing, Problem solving, planning & organizing, and demonstrable strong business acumen. •Candidate with technical background and or tires and spare parts experience is preferred. •Ability to interact with customers and respond to complaints or issues raised by customers •Must be hardworking, trustworthy and reliable. •Highly organized with the ability to adapt quickly to strategic change •Self-starter, who takes initiative •Exceptional communicator
