Description Handling daily requests & contracts from Customer Service & Sales departments through the helpdesk queue and implement it on the system. Coordinate corporate daily tasks with DSL & Customer Service Offices & Finance departments through the Broadband Admin Team queue to gather info from responsible departments. Fill in daily reports with my daily tasks to be documented in my weekly evaluation. Organize employee`s accounts on the system & revise it with finance department to have an updated profile of the customer. Answer the daily mails sent from sales teams in order to serve the customers requests. Issue tickets to the required departments in order to document the problem and solve it to provide transaction history for the customers. Archive the daily added contracts on the system; providing continuous updates. Check on DSL contracts to avoid any missing data to ensure accuracy on the system. Adapt with all new workflow in order to complete the daily operations on the system successfully.
Qualifications *Bachelor Degree in any related field
