D. Technical Office Manager. 7.Submitting the Incoming (copies) to Different Department Secretary. 8.Issuing & distributing reference no. for outgoing correspondences. 9.Drafting, typing & printing correspondences (Faxes, Letters, Memorandums, Reports, Forms, Tables, Sheets, Contracts, Agreements, Presentations, .. etc.) for Finance & Admin. Department & different departments. 10. Sending correspondences by Fax, E-mail, Mail & Courier. 11. Delegate work to messengers.
Qualifications suitable degree
Gender Male
Experience 1 - 2 Years.
