Description To conduct reviews of assigned organizational and functional activities the purpose of which is to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the management controls over those activities. Recommend improvements to departmental procedure and direct the implementation of instructions and controls so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers. Surveys functions and activities in assigned areas to determine the nature of operation and the adequacy of the system of control to achieve established objectives. Plans the scope of the engagement, prepares an engagement work program. Determines the engagement procedures to be used, including statistical sampling and the use of information technology.
Qualifications •The candidate must have 3 – 6 years of experience in internal audit/assurance – internal controls •IT Audit experience is a must; •Previous experience in audit firms is highly preferable; •Holding CIA, CISA Certificate is a must and ISO Certified is highly preferable; •Experience making risk assessment, penetration tests and vulnerability tests assessment
