Description Receive and count stock items, and record data manually and using different computer programs (Excel and Oracle) Review the received goods and compare it with the received bills to be stored in its locations. Register the devices serials and its type on the access program to be able to deliver the goods to the sales rep. Finalize the sales rep return goods on excel to finalize his custody. Ensure warehouse order and regular monitoring to ensure ease product processing. Review the received mobiles from the dealers and review its serial on the Oracle program to compare it with the date of issuance form the branch to submit a report to the sales supervisor not more than 48 hours. Scan Mobile lines on receiving and scan it before transferring to sales representative. Responsible for monthly compensation to be done within same week. Performs other duties related to business management whenever required.
Qualifications Medium institute degree or higher in any discipline. Experience in the same field 2 - 4 years. Computer literacy and good use of software systems. Very Good organization skills.
