Description Handle inbound calls to provide the customer with a full info about ADSL services. Inform customers with all required information about DSL offers, promotions and other products. Recommend the right choice for the customer from all variables (Speed, Routers, IPs and payment options).Arrange appointments for collection during retention process in order to decrease time. Handle pending, cancellation and referral accounts to maximize revenues. Handle customers inquiries and redirect the call to the right department if needed in order to save time. Adjust and modify contracts due to changes made and customer requests. Communicate with other teams in order to accelerate process and solve problems. Assist colleagues at their inquiries in order to decrease mistakes and save time. Manage customers accounts, keep records of customer interactions and transactions, record details of inquiries & comments and coordinate with internal departments. Analyze the team achievement of pending deals in order to ensure the appropriate success rates. Report the number of incoming calls for the whole team either daily, weekly or monthly to inbound sales manager in order to know the number of handled calls. Update competitors offers sheet to benchmark. Train new comers on Governmental accounts and come back project
Qualifications Education (Bachelor Degree in Commerce or any other related field).Experience (0 -1 years of experience).Skills (Very good spoken & written English & Arabic, Excellent communication & Sales skills, Ability to work well under pressure, Ability and willingness to improve current knowledge and skills, Fast learning and adaptive, & Self-motivated.
