Description Manages the bid development and tender strategy related to all technical aspects on the assigned projects in collaboration with the tendering team and Stakeholders; Leads the technical tendering team, with responsibility to drive timely and well-grounded input for bid preparation and response to inquiries throughout negotiations. Duties: —Reviews and understands the bid conditions and limitations in terms of competition, clients /consultants requirements against the companys capacity and capability. —Communicates the technical specifications difference report with the Companys Business developer/ or Consultant Engineer- Owner —Supervises the tenders Stakeholders (tender estimation& pricing Team, Quantity Surveyors, and all other internal concerned Departments) in terms of preparing a detailed description of all the required output, the output quality and formats compatibility, as well as the output submission Schedule.
Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Engineering •From 10 to 15 years of experience in a similar Position • Tenders Drawings& Documents interpretation knowledge. •Cost analysis Techniques
