Description — Assists in analyzing the organizations revenues, liabilities, credit conditions and other financial indicators to forecast the organizations short, medium and long-term cash flow position. — Help in arranging treasury activities including short and long-term financing — In charge of processing export documentary credit operations (receiving, reviewing, amending & approving LCs). — Liaise with banks for LC issuing, amendment and collection — Presenting report showing collected and expected foreign currency. — Prepare weekly cash flows and cash forecast to ensure efficient cash management and sufficient funds for revenue items, capital budgets and major project plans. — Evaluate and recommend funding sources and financial instruments that will meet the organizations treasury objectives. — Prepares the daily global cash flow plan to meet operational requirements; — Handle the day to day transactions data entry on the system and ensure accuracy and timely entry. — Add new authorized signatures to the company bank accounts and deposit the collection checks in the required bank. — Prepare new bank account applications for the company or employees and conduct follow up with the bank till the accounts are opened. — Handle the transfer of cash and checks from the company treasury, depositing it to the banks and handle the bank account transfers and receive the swift transfers.
Qualifications • Strong PC / Excel, Microsoft Office and accounting software knowledge (GP Software Knowledge is a plus).
