Description 1.Prepares up-to date warehouse procedures for proper storage. Ensures that goods are stored in safe and orderly manner. 2.Supervises stock movement, ensures proper processing of documents which supports stock receipts/issuance transactions. Approves posting of such transactions. 3.Monitors implementation of FIFO standards. 4.Reviews counts variance reports and recommends variance adjustments. Obtains necessary approvals. 5.Implements policies & procedures of material handling, receiving, issuing and storing, and ensures compliance with UCMENA procedures and practices. 6.Checks the flow of goods consumption, and communicates results to the concerned manager. 7.Monitors regular cycle count inventory and annual physical inventory. 8.Maintains proper records of finish goods inventory and records of reconciliations. 9.Reports damaged goods, and rejections as per procedures to claim value. 10.Ensures that all warehouse resources are used efficiently. 11.Continuously monitors subordinates performance and activities through the use of KPIs with focus on cost controls. 12.Issues periodic reports to his superior.
Qualifications Bachelor degree in business administration / accounting. •Minimum 5 years experience in supply chain and warehousing, preferably with a reputable hygienic manufacturing company.

Other Skills Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, and outlook). •Very Good communication skills. •Strong interpersonal skills, team player, and independent employee.
