Description 1.Guiding , supervising , following-up and reviewing of attendance and leave for all the employees of the company and preparing daily journal for that, and registering the vacations , permission and the assignments with the personal cards as well as the vacations card of the employees to control the benefits. 2.Preparing the monthly incentives (discrimination incentives) to employees according to the rules for that and coordinating with others and reviewing them with the Center Manager and then approving them for payment. 3.Guiding, supervising and following-up to all the Personnel affairs like the medical statements of the new entrants like any requests to the medical clinic and following-up sick leaves and its expending to the eligible employees. 4.Preparing the administrative instructions and administrative assessments due reporting of company management for the employees as well as the preparing of the required data. 5.Investigations done with employees in the violations against them, as mandated by the management. 6.Following-up all the payment dues for the companys employees like the salaries - incentives ” over time and bonuses. 7.Supervising on the security procedures and industrial safety and coordinating with the security supervisor concerning the garment orders for the employees and delivering them. 8.Discussing the requests for the fellowship fund for the employees and raising the demands to the top managements.
Qualifications - Experience in dealing with Blue Collar is a must. - Strong Personality. - Managerial & Leadership Skills. - Excellent Communication Skills.
