Qualifications    • From 7 to 10 years experience in administration and finance in an NGO or small-business sector, • Ability and strong experience in dealing with different vendors, suppliers, office landlord and government agencies • Good experience in project management and / or events management • Risk assessment management skills is highly desired • Flexible work style with the ability to work under tight deadlines and shifting priorities, • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in Arabic and English • Advanced level of proficiency in Excel and Word, • Strong attention to detail, with an ability to perform in a deadline-driven environment, • Independent and self-reliant, with demonstrated ability to work with a multicultural team, • Flexibility, patience, and a sense of humor

Your primary responsibilities is to administrate and manage all operations duties related to Soliya’s Cairo office to ensuring organizational effectiveness by managing organizations human resources, financial and other operations functions in Cairo office. You will be will be reporting to the Cairo Regional Director. And work closely with the management team located in Egypt and North America to ensure the effective implementation of the organization’s programs and activities.
