Description     Draft, type & file all department correspondences in both Arabic & English. — Record incoming and outgoing correspondence. — Responsible for handling and for the distribution of incoming and outgoing documents. — Ensure proper record keeping of paper work — Maintain daily attendance sheet and forward copy to administration department. — Screen incoming mails, calls and visitors. — Perform other duties relevant to the job.
Qualifications    1. Very Good English 2. Good knowledge of computer skills. 3. Obtain Medical Fitness. 4. Pass Company Exams. 5. Report writing skills. 6. Effective verbal and listening communication skills. 7. Honest, trustworthy and respectful. 8. Accuracy, alertness, concentration and attention to details. 9. Well organized, ability to plan and prioritize job tasks.
