Description -Manage outlet at the highest standard and according to all relevant policies and procedures. - Ensure and surpass the safety and satisfaction requirements of all guests. - Lead, train and motivate my staff to operate the outlet at the highest standard and make them reach their maximum professional potential. - Maximize the outlets profitability by maximizing sales and minimizing cost. - Contribute to the success of the company by analyzing day-to-day experience in the company and providing feedback to operation manager in an organized manner. -holds the accountability for the sales of each of the stores under direct control -Accountable for the operating expenditure for all stores under my control. -holds full accountability for the profit and loss accounts of each store within my control -Accountable for ensuring all stores comply with set stock holding levels for all products - minimize staff turnover.
Qualifications -Minimum university degree, post graduate certificate will be an asset. -Solid background in food, beverage and related administration tasks. -Strong knowledge of office.
