Description Receive the faulty mobile and check form the problems the customer complaints from and Identifying whether the device is in guarantee or not. Register the customer and device data on COSMOS program also scan the guarantee certificate and ensure the device components received. Deliver to the customer receipt and Inform him the contact way and expected delivery time. Communicate with the customer to inform him with the expected cost to get his approval- if found- and inform the quality control. Send the faulty device to the quality control and write in the receipt the problem description. Communicate with the quality control to get the fixed device after reviewing the daily report sent by the quality control to be able to deliver the fixed device to the concerned customer. Collect the money received due to maintenance out of the warranty or miss use during the warranty period to be submitted to the customer care area supervisor. Answer all branch telephone to ensure covering all customers inquiries. Submit all needed reports when needed to the concerned parties. Perform any other assigned tasks from direct manager with the same level.
Qualifications University degree in any discipline. Experience In the same filed from 0-2 years. High Ability of Communication Skills Ability to work under pressure. Very Good command of English language & Computer literacy.
