Description Create and develop the strategy and plan and organize the work of the finance department Manage the finance department (objectives, personnel, budget and procedures). Oversee the flow of cash or financial instruments. Review taxes owed and tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting or other tax requirements to save companys rights. Facilitate internal and external auditing services for businesses or individuals. Establish procedures for custody or control of assets, records, loan collateral, or securities to ensure safekeeping. Review and Analyze collection reports to determine the status of collections and the amounts of outstanding balances. Formulating budgets, conducting variance analysis to determine the difference between projected and actual results and executing corrective actions. Analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs. Analyzed credit policy feasibility in view of profits/revenue generated. Initiated recovery process through agencies and banks. Revised/terminated credit limits in view of credit history Approve, reject, or coordinate the approval or rejection of lines of credit or commercial, real estate, or personal loans. Examine whether the organizations objectives are reflected in its management activities, and whether employees understand the objectives. Review and approve financial or regulatory reports required by laws, regulations, or boards of directors.
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting 10-12 years Experience Minimum 3 years as Finance Manager CPA or CMA is a must Fully awareness by the accounting standards. Strategic problem solving skills, and the ability to develop and implement clear goals, procedures and priorities. Team Leader with strong interpersonal skills to deal with executive management, the heads of the various functional divisions and branch managers of the company Strong analytical and critical reasoning skills Excellent command of English language & Computer literacy.
