Description     Responsible of the qualified candidates search according to the relevant job criteria. Screening CVs, contacting promising candidate for HR interview. Interviewing candidates and short listing candidates for the second interview. Regular tracing for interviews schedule and follow up on the implementation of the recruitment process in accordance to the companys internal policy. Handle arrangements and scheduling for employment fairs and events. Conduct exit interviews and set recommendations and related reports.
Qualifications    Aware of the Egyptian Labor Law. Experienced in recruitment and HR certified are preferable. Proficiency in MS Office.
Gender    Male
Experience    1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills    Confident and presentable. Very good communication and computer skills. Able to handle multitasks and meet deadlines. Ability to work under pressure. Time Management and negotiation skills.
