Description     — Working in various HR Functions (Recruitment, Training, Succession planning, Performance Management) — Acting as an intermediary between HR Department and other company departments. — — Issuing the reports for turnover rates, hires, transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions, and Terminations — Screening applicants Resumes, Building and maintaining a reliable Candidates data base to facilitate and ensure fulfilling company recruitment needs. — Assisting in recruitment this includes developing job Profiles in accordance with the concerned department , preparing advertisements, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates.
Qualifications    • 1 -2years Experience in Human Resources • BSC. Of related discipline • Human resources certificate from an accredit source is a MUST • Excellent Computer Skills (MS Word + MS Excel)
