Description     Job Summary Routine testing of ingredients, packaging materials and finished products by applying different analytical and microbiological testing methods and sensory evaluation techniques Key Responsibilities  Chemical, physical and instrumental analysis of ingredients and finished products  Evaluating the sensory profile of ingredients and finished products  Microbiological testing of water, ingredients, and finished products  Physical Incoming inspection and sampling of incoming materials  Test results reporting  Records keeping  Contributing in the continual improvement and corporate initiatives  Contributing new instrument/methods and validation  Calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment and instruments
Qualifications     0-2 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment, preferably in the FMCG field  Analytical thinking and problem solving/trouble shooting ability  Results-oriented and analytical mindset  Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills in both English and Arabic  Excellent planning, prioritization and time management skills  Excellent teamwork and coordination skills  Computer software and applications  Knowledge of basic statistics Education  Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or Pharmacy  Fluent in both English and Arabic
