Description Review Laboratory solutions preparation & expiration tracking capability system tracking (Check sample, Precession Ratio (PR)) Lab capability system tracking (Check samples ,Precession Ratio (PR) Lab equipments calibration tracking. Analysis for all raw materials Making tests for all packaging materials Using Sample plan for inspection of raw & packaging materials. Approval of packaging materials depending on Printing, data ,Legal data & Design Physical Measurements of length ” width - cut of length ” thickness & gram age. Final approval for new designs of the products and make technical appendix to it. Traveling to printing companies to attend the first printing process of brands to take the suitable decision. Make specifications for all packaging and raw materials Microbiological analysis for all raw materials, machines and finished products Make calibration and needed maintenance for instruments . Follow Up the production engineers complains from packaging materials and sorting the defected quantity and make report. Using the available quality tools for SPC (Statistical Process Control) and be ready for understanding and implement. Analyze and report possible causes that results in quality defects of the product at the Distributors Locations along With following up on the Corrective action . Responsible for implementation of technical files for producing all products as well as continue improving its effectiveness.
