Description - Prepare correspondence, memos, forms, reports using word processing and spreadsheets applications including photocopying, drafting responses for routine correspondence, preparing monthly status reports, organising mass mailings, and preparing materials to fulfil special requests. - Maintain confidential work papers and files. - Coordinate meetings, schedules and travel arrangements for the Managing Director. - Attend meetings on behalf of the Managing Director to report meeting minutes and document the discussions, required tasksetc. - Handle execution and follow up of projects and tasks with executives and team members. - Be an intermediary between the executives/team members and the Managing Director in many cases/tasks/projects to organise requests and To Do lists required from the MD. - Prepare presentations using PowerPoint and other software applications. - Provide professional phone coverage including regular interaction with other executives and team members within the company. - Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, spreadsheets and presentations.
Qualifications - Relevant University degree. - Minimum 5 years of administrative secretarial experience. - Must be a self-starter that can work well both independently and collaboratively. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal. - Excellent project management skills. - Excellent English.
