Description Reporting to O&M Manager Operations Sector. Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplifications and measurement studies and prepare operations and procedure manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Understanding Business needs through meetings with stakeholders and users and creating organization policies and procedures. Providing process analysis services. Design and develop process flow charts. Documentation of process. Design and establish internal forms, templates. Deep dive into each aspect of the process to identify problems or errors. Undertake data gathering. Monitor the process at every stage. Check if any process improvement exercise could be undertaken to save costs and resources and improve the quality of the output. Be abreast of latest technological breakthrough that could be implemented in the existing process. Find and suggest alternative or new processes that could replace the existing one. Maintain proper documentation related to the process. Supervise and train junior process analysts. A liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organization, and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. Classification of all existing processes and continuously updated to confirm with the decisions of senior management and operating procedures and policies updated.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Ms. Visio/Ms. Project experience is required.

Other Skills Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering. Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyses business processes and workflows. Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups.
