Description Job Summary: Quality and food safety routine activities according to the following described key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Perform quality & food safety checks according to the quality control plans during the manufacturing process. - Support food safety verifications/validation activities according to requirement of food safety system ( FSSC 22000) - Contributing process capability measures, collects process records and inspection data for trending analysis, and to construct SPC charts as required. Technical support and troubleshooting in quality issues during the manufacturing process.
Qualifications Experience in a similar food industry and manufacturing environment. Knowledge of Statistics and Quality tools Analytical thinking and problem solving,. Communication, presentation and writing skills in both English and Arabic Computer Skills (word, excel, power point). Background Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy. Awareness in food safety requirement of FSSC 22000
