Description -Preparing all of packaging and raw materials for all products and Items to be produced daily. -Organize labors to start working and machines preparation. -Supervise the production of items in order to be proportionate with the nature of machines with no conflict in the baking process in furnaces. - Distribution of workers and use them effectively, monitoring and organizing workers and supervisors working hours effectively to obtain higher productivity. - Prepare reports include: *All daily production quantities. *Quantities delivered to warehouses. *Quantities remain at production halls. *Raw materials and additives consumed during production process. *Weekly and monthly inventory of raw materials. - Carry out mixing process and make sure implementation exact ‘Recipes– approved by the administration and make sure forming processes on the machines and carrying out the required specifications of the product. - Packaging of the products in a timely manner after being in required cooling degree and ensure of production and expiry dates. -Delivery of products to warehouses and reviewing of delivered quantities.
Qualifications •Bachelor’s Degree preferred [Agriculture]. •Requires 3-5 years technical experience FMCG & Biscuits industry. •Communications skills and team work skills. •Good English language spoken & written. •Strong leadership qualities, capable to lead high number for workers & technical force.
