Description     Participates in developing and setting the company sales strategy. 2. Participates in the Top Management team annual meetings to develop the marketing mix including (Product, Price, Promotions and distribution) and submits the operating plan (OP) to the CEO for review and approval. 3. Sets the standards and performance measures of the Sales department in line with the companys strategic direction, and Cascade it down to his direct reports and monitors their timely implementation, and ensures achievement of their objectives. 4. Communicates, cascades down the yearly sales plan to his direct report and converts the yearly sales plan into annual targets. 5. Establishes the policies and procedures manual to the overseen sections, and monitors their ongoing implementation and compliance. Incorporates all changes upon their occurrence, and ensures clear communication of those changes to the relevant sections. 6. Identifies new sales leads, and expands coverage for the assigned brands. 7. Conducts sales calls to Key Customers, and provides them with creative solutions to finance their purchase, to build strong and credible relationship to ensure customer retention and optimum customer satisfaction from the sales experience at DivineWorx. 8. Analyzes the monthly sales achievements and prepares monthly sales reports highlighting actual versus forecast and submits to the CEO for review and recommendations.
Qualifications    BA in Business Administration major Marketing.

Experience    3 - 5 Years.
