Description     Manage the daily calendar for the manager & coordinate scheduled appointments. Responsible for all the administrative & secretarial work and all secretarial duties including: typing, sending and receiving faxes, e-mails, & searching the Internet. Keeping & maintaining files & records. Answering phone calls. Assist in arranging meetings. Prepares agenda and collects materials for meetings, speeches, and conferences; takes minutes and keeps records of proceedings. Plans and coordinates arrangements for professional conferences.
Qualifications    Bachelor degree. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures. Knowledge of business principles. Excellent computer skills. (Excellent Knowledge of MS Office).
