Arrange with agents &suppliers .Arrange for preparing all shipping documents & ensure that all documentions meet freight regulations & customer requirements & ensure that any other required documents /approval will be available for clearance purpose ” provide an interface department, coordinate with it to process agents situation ” Responsible for tracking the shipments status from shipments arrival /departure ” preparing daily /weekly /monthly reports
Qualifications Bachelor Degree Good preferable experience in freight forwarding /shipping. communication skills. Good computer skills. Reporting skills
