Description -Responsible for workshop working capacity and parts turn over. -Establish the customers needs after receiving and welcoming him. -Contact the customer if any extra needed work & take his agreement on any further charges. -Explain repairs to the customer & ensure that he understands the charges. -Promote sales of additional service work. -Complete invoice summary & hand over a copy with the invoices to the accounting department daily. -Promote customer satisfaction & Handle customer complaints within the bounds of his authority. -Respond promptly to the customer requests. -Diagnose customer vehicle & advise him on necessary repairs. -Handle warranty policy within the authority given. -Complete repair order & obtain customer approval & signature.
Qualifications 1)BSc. Automotive Engineering or equivalent, 3 years in similar position. 2)Proficiency in Microsoft word, Excel, power point. 3)Excellent Communication Skills. 4)Excellent Listening and diplomacy skills.
