Description - Manage, co-ordinate and control Egypt Express Distribution Centre to ensure effective resources are available in order to meet service standards within agreed budget parameters. - Manage the intra-country distribution of shipments, both inbound from arrival in country and outbound hand over to the Airport Operations (International), including any sorting required to maximise the efficiency of Courier Bases performance and vehicles and resources used for the trucking activity within the Country. - Maximise the connectivity of material through correct baggage and splits to maintain performance levels. - Ensure that shipment consolidation process achieves the agreed standards and level of desired accuracy. - Identify options and implement approved actions to optimise service and cost performance in the sort. - Establish and maintain day-to-day contact with Air Operations management, ensuring agreed actions is undertaken against key performance measures to integrate Country Operations and processes and networks.
Qualifications University Degree. Post graduate studies in Logistics is preferable. _ Excellent knowledge of express mail industry. - 5- 7 years of Operational Experience with at least 2 years experience in similar position.

Other Skills Qualified Candidate will have a proven track of the following Skills: - Problem solving - Decision Making - Planning and Organization - Leadership. - Work under stress while maintaining deadlines and quality of service. _ Good command of MS office applications with ability to generate reports using word & Excel
