Description Manage Customer Services for Chemicals, Performance Chemicals and Fertilizer SBUs in the company. He is accountable and responsible for the execution and monitoring of all direct sales and replenishment orders which come to Egypt , Sudan & Libya from KSA and Europe Assets, communicating with supply chain departments for allocations, Storage fulfillment, full Order To Cash (OTC) process, , support the supply chain team in closing monthly, quarterly and annual outstanding related to shipping in order to ensure timely receipt of outstanding, thus securing delivery reliability, payments, customer satisfaction and EHS compliance. He is responsible for manage and follow extra logistic costs of direct sales and replenishment orders (e.g. dead freight, demurrage, and diversions), Build and maintain long term strategic relationships with key customers to benchmark and continuously optimize the customer service levels and logistic performance and any ad-hoc matters required by the manager. Leading the management of inventory and having storage terminal reconciliation each quarter regularly without having inventory differences. The scope of the work is execution and monitoring WITHIN Chemicals, Performance Chemicals and Fertilizer SBUs WITH the objective of ensuring optimal operation and improving on time delivery and minimizing logistics costs.
Qualifications 5-10 years’ experience with at least 3 years in Shipping/Logistic Management. Diploma/ MBA will be preferable

Experience 6 - 9 Years.
Other Skills High interpersonal, business and supply chain & logistics skills. •Proven ability to work effectively in various regional and global cultures. • Strong customer and communication skills. • High technical experience in Chemicals / Plastics Market.
