Description Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner Supervises the day-to-day operations of IT Applications to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures Ensuring the integration of all systems components; e.g., procedures, databases, policies, software, and hardware. Manage problem solving for problems raised from multi incidents in operations. Manage event managements for critical and important events. Write, debug, and maintain code. Assuring applications quality and functionality. Writing and maintaining documentation. Evaluate established methods and procedures and prepare recommendations for changes in methods and practices where appropriate. Design user interfaces Preparing business cases for the application of IT solutions. Defining systems scope and objectives. Participate in business initiatives that focused on increasing business performance and decrease cost/expenses through business initiatives (Business initiatives are primarily concerned about organization-wide change managements. Average monetary ROI for business initiative is 100k USD, average target is 2-3 initiatives per year )
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering
