Description — Capable of selling the customer products through the phone. — Participate in individual and team training/ meetings in order to ensure that knowledge is up-to-date — Adhere to the work schedule as planned — Use all acquired skills from Etisal training to maintain the call duration within agreed limits — Complete all necessary documentation related to project operations — Enter customer data and other relevant information into the call center database as required — Maintain confidentiality of Etisal client and customer data — Complete call logs and reports
Qualifications • Fluency in both of the following languages (English and French)is a must • University degree or Undergrads. • Telesales/outbound calling experience • Sales and goal oriented • Problem solving & Trouble Shooting Skills • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills • Customer oriented • Ability to work individually and as part of a team Working Hours • Overnight shift from 11:00 PM till 3:00 AM.
