position of Financial Management Analyst in Financial Management Office.

SALARY:

(1) Mission Policy is to hire LES employees at step 1 of the grade. The
current

annual salary for an LES-8, step 1 is L.E. 77,818.
|
|
(2) Actual FP grade and salary will be determined by the US Department
of State.

BASIC FUNCTION OF POSITION
The incumbent is fully responsible for
ICASS Local Guard Program and ICASS Overseas Building Operations leases. He is
responsible for all ICASS Journal Vouchers .Incumbent performs all
accountability duties required for residential guards, non-residential guards, mobile
patrol and ICASS OBO Leases. Prepares, validates, obligates and records in the
Financial Management System all obligation documents. Manage the entire process
of reimbursement of personal VAT expenses for mission employees. Make petty
cash payments, receives collections and reconciles all collections received, vouchers
paid, petty cash payments and cash advances documents.

1-
Bachelor degree in business administration, finance or accounting is
required.
2- Four years performing progressively
responsible work in accounting, finance, business, where emphasis is placed on
analytical, judgmental and expository abilities.
3-
Level IV (Fluent) English and Arabic.

Management will consider nepotism/conflict

Current Ordinarily Resident employees
with an Overall Summary Rating of Needs Improvement or Unsatisfactory on their
most recent Employee Performance Report are not eligible to apply.
Currently employed U.S. Citizen EFMs
who hold an FMA appointment are ineligible to apply for advertised positions
within the first 90 calendar days of their employment.
Currently employed NORs hired under a
Personal Services Agreement (PSA) are ineligible to apply for advertised
positions within the first 90 calendar days of their employment, unless
currently hired into a position with a When Actually Employed (WAE) work
schedule.
