Description 1. Identifying investment opportunities and projects, and evaluating investment risks to Prepare highest and best use studies for unusable real estate assets. 2. Participating in future plans concerning real estate investment, in accordance with department forward looking operational strategy. 3. Assisting upper management in sourcing new opportunities, launching new products, allocating and negotiating in real estate market and transactions 4. Managing and preparing annual valuation of Real estate and assets of the group and all its subsidiaries and sister companies, presenting status and variance reports on property valuations and investments. 5. Prepare investment solicitation and marketing documents for securing real estate transactions. 6. Manage a team of real estate and investment analysts, and Assist managing junior operation team members.
Qualifications • BSc in Architect/interior design/civil engineering/Urbanization/business administration or related fields. • Preferable Masters of Business Administration or real estate designation • 8+ years of relevant experience in a financial services which is five of them in real estate function preferable in valuation or investment analysis. • Relevant experience in a managerial position. • Able to manage development issues through Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project. • Should be capable of pushing and managing stalled issues through to resolution.
