Description Responsible for receiving and inspection for all consumables for packaging materials, wooden boxes (more than 6000 wooden boxes) with different references, special dimensions and special requirements and dimensions per month according to dispatch plan. Issuance on SAP for all material & Consumables plan and receive correctly to avoid any stoppage for operation and container dispatch. Responsible to operate In-House Crates project to be a substitute for suppliers crates/stabilization deliveries. Making all PR correctly on SAP and following up with purchasing team and suppliers to make sure of material receipt according to operation requirements. Keep updated stock levels for consumable material as per SAP and physical stock level. Follow up cost reduction for packing materials with purchasing/finance department. Follow up all SOPs for packaging operation, improve and implement. Supporting WH in daily activities. Provide information, reports and recommendations to Management and assist and support Logistics Department in problem solving. Complete all reports correctly and efficiently. Regular communication with Sales team, to ensure knowledge of any potential change(s), to maximize time to react to such change(s). Adhere to companys standards and rules for internal policies, quality and safety requirements.
Qualifications Good Command in written and spoken English. Good Computer literature using MS Office Package (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong Analytical and Project Management skills. Good Communication and Presentation skills. Strong Team working and Networking skills. SAP fair knowledge.
