Description Lead the development, maintenance and documentation of core and supportive processes for all activities in all business units. Coordinate with business unites to develop realistic KPIs for critical activities in such processes and ensure that these KPIs reflect management requirement for customer satisfaction, cost efficiency and flawless operation. Conduct periodical audit reviews to ensure that business units are 100% conform to approved processes and KPIs. Continuously ensure that processes and KPIs are adapted to the ever changing business requirement through periodic audits and close monitoring of corrective actions. Ensure that all critical problems related to the implementation of processes are recorded on the Learning and Development system (CA) and monitor and track developed corrective actions to ensure its effectiveness.
Qualifications - University Degree. - Important to have high analytically & forecasting skills, effective communication, concern for accuracy, ability to arrive at sound conclusions, technical knowledge and customer focus . - Proven business dynamic drive, risk taking, decision making, teamwork, forward thinking, negotiation capabilities, innovation, leadership and coaching skills. - Experienced in company business and knowledge of company policies, procedures and computer systems.
