Description Maintain a contact management database. Qualify and schedule sales meetings with prospects. Conduct sales presentations with prospects. Assist in collecting and preparing sales pipeline. Assist in administrating vendors portals. Assist in updating vendor operation sheets. Assist Manager in establishing a marketing/customer service plan. Complete weekly log of sales/services activities. Assist in implementing and monitoring Corporate Service Standards and the Quality Performance Program for all services offered. Work closely with other departments of the Company (Finance, HR, Legal, operations).
Qualifications •Holds Bachelor degree of engineering (Communication, Electronics or Computer Science). •2-3 years of experience in a similar or related field. However, ambitious skilled fresh graduates are welcomed. •Very Good command of English language. •Very good communication skills with a friendly customer oriented manner. •Very Good Time management, Presentation, negotiation, analytical & Problem Solving Skills. •Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while handling multi tasks at a time.
