Description Reporting Weekly to import Manager of import activities Handle all imported cargoes ready for clearance in the suitable time Keeping in touch with clearance Company/Office to expedite the clearance ASAP Coordinating with Stores Dept. to receive the good immediately once arrive our stores trace ,receive & double check all necessary documents for clearance purposes to ensure the order execution is as agreed and contracted Managing & controlling all received containers in term of grace period, to avoid any storage or detention charges Following with the suppliers to ensure deliveries on time
Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Science of Business Administration or any other related fields. Minimum (3-5) years experience in logistics & supply chain. • Deep knowledge of Purchase, International Commerce aspects; International Commerce aspects; letter of Credit, Incoterms, freight & forwarding, clearance transactions, logistics, insurance, etc.
Gender Male
Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills literate in computer. Knowledge in MS Word,(Excel), Microsoft Power Point Cooperation Skills Communication Skills Supervisory Skills Analytical Skills Interpersonal Skills
