Description Maintain/update company strategic goals and objectives and ensure that it is clearly cascaded to and through all divisions (Line & Support). Track company results on monthly basis and analyze progress against approved objectives- total company and individual divisions- and report to the BOD results and deviations for verification and action. Ensure that all legible employees are having a Balance Score Card that match position templates and goals and KPIs are reflecting both division and company objectives. Track the proper implementation of Balance Score Card cycle in terms of vertical consolidation, management revision up till CEO level. Ensure full awareness of Balance Score Card concept to all company employees and managers and provide training and coaching whenever needed.
Qualifications - University Degree. - Minimum 5 years of experience. - Important to have high analytically & forecasting skills, effective communication, concern for accuracy, ability to arrive at sound conclusions, technical knowledge and customer focus . - Proven business dynamic drive, risk taking, decision making, teamwork, forward thinking, negotiation capabilities, innovation, leadership and coaching skills. - Experienced in company business and knowledge of company policies, procedures and computer systems.
