Description 1- Training : a) Regular training for our sales team (beauty advisors) b) Improve their selling techniques and methods. c) Teach our beauty advisors how to provide an excellent customer service. d) -Continuous evaluation for their skincare, make up &fragrance knowledge (Techniques and Products). e) -Checking the Brands and team presentation wherever you go and report on any problem to the brand manager and CC. the marketing & Sales Division Director. 2-Promoting : a) -Regular and per ”organized activities and promotion behind the counter and in beauty room when available. b) -Conduct several events and VIP gatherings. To work side by side with Regional Training Manager her regular visits to the local market. 3-Human Resources: a) Regular follow up for beauty advisors with reference to HR b) Promoting and motivating ‡etc... c) Improve our beauty advisors loyalty & grooming. d) Continuous evaluation (on monthly basis) to our beauty advisors
Qualifications Excellent product knowledge and outstanding selling techniques. -Ability to motivate and strengthen the local team.

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
