Description 1. Responsible for DANONE Safety Standards implementation in the transportation operations in the region. 2. Ensure the implementation of DANONE cold chain standards during transportation operations in the region. 3. Monitor the daily transportation operations, ensure its efficiency to optimize resources utilization and achieve volumes in the region. 4. Report the operations KPIs of the region. 5. Responsible for the implementation of the team development plans 6. Ensure the implementations of transport schedules, methods and routes as required. 7. Accountable on the On Time Deliveries and shipping damages in the region 8. Ensure the implementation of the transportation standard operating procedures in the region
Qualifications Bachelor degree in a relevant field Proficiency in MS Office

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills Personal Competencies: - Hard worker and able to work under stress - High Problem Solving and leadership skills - Self Motivated - Very good communication skills Technical Competencies: - Transportation Planning - Drivers Management - Safety
