Description Major Job Responsibilities: Identify development needs within the clients based on both the organization and individual needs. Establish & maintain two-way communication with relevant parties. Responsible for initiating/developing comprehensive and complete projects based on clients needs that encompasses essential elements and grantees measurable impact. Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify needs based on projected demand, processes, changes, and other factors. Develops all the proposals, presentations and impact reports related to his projects Maintain relationships with existing partner institutions and develop new business. Guarantee smooth operation of current partnerships, contracts and initiatives
Qualifications Specifications: Bachelor Degree of Business Administration or other Experience in Consulting/Training/ Management development or related fields is a plus Very strong presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Good negotiation skills. Excellent English skills Strong knowledge of public sector needs or in coordination projects with the Government is a plus
