Description Responsible for the safe keeping of all stock located within the warehouse. Controls and monitors the movement of all inventory items and ensures that inventory items are available when required. — Excellent knowledge of all contracting materials and inventory control procedure and system. — Exercise general control over all activities in Stores Department — Ensure safe keeping both as to quality and quantity of materials. — Plans storage requirements and conditions at assigned stores in collaboration with staff. — Prepares work schedule for stores and workshop staff to ensure continual coverage at all times. — Initiate purchase requisitions for the replacement of stock of all regular stores items. — Prepare and maintain records and reports of inventories, shortages, expenditures, and goods received, used or issued. — Performs other duties as assigned by management or any other work related to stores.
Qualifications • Store Keeper with minimum 7 years Experience in contracting field • Bachelor Degree. • Good English and Arabic skills. • Good communication skills • Minimum Computer Skills: MS Word, Excel
