Description Deal with and organize all administrative tasks in the field in coordination with the superior. Prepare documents and give support in implementing defined projects. Organize and coordinate appointments. Ensure addressability of the department for internal and external contacts at any time. Held responsible for managing the security guards and for scheduling their shifts Handle the transportation whether the employees buses or the other private cars belonging to the company Supervise the kitchen team and make good suggestions for the meal system Deal with contracts in selling the production wastes with the best prices Always interact with the companys employees and handle their complaints and inquiries in a timely manner Follow up with different entities on admin- related issues Cooperate with the HR Team in organizing internal events and outings Assist the HR manager in any assigned tasks
Qualifications •Bachelor degree in any relevant discipline •3-5 years’ experience in Admin field •Males only •Strong communication skills, multi-tasking and time-management •Preferably residents of 6th of October and Giza •Having a car is a plus
