Description     — Perform system monitoring and analysis. — Perform tuning and troubleshooting for hardware and software networks. — designing and running system load/stress testing. — Upgrades system by conferring with vendors and services; developing, testing. — evaluating and installing enhancement and software. — Provides customers with the first level of support within service level agreements. — Insure timely resolution of all first level problem with little supervision.. — Identify research and resolve technical problems. — Respond to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for assistance. — Provide technical support during downtime.
Qualifications    Qualification: • B.Sc. of Computer Science. • 1-2 years of experience in System/Application Administration. • Analytical and logical problem solving skills • Good business understanding • High attention to detail • Good communications and presentation skills • Team-working skills • Fluent in English • Knowledge of Apache and IBM products is a plus
