Description Consult with users and management to assess computing needs and system requirements to meet business needs. 2. Observe system functionality to verify correct operations and detect errors using performance and system monitor tools. 3. Provide users with technical support for Applications problems. 4. Train users on the proper use of Company Applications. 5. Recruit, hire, train and supervise staff, and participate in staffing decisions. 6. Manage and coordinate new IS projects. 7. Act as liaison between IT & business process owners on key projects & initiatives 8. Manage the development & implementation of solutions using related technologies to solve business problems, enhance user productivity or automate business process 9. Design training programs for business applications, create documentation & user guides and deliver training to end users
Qualifications Education : - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any relevant discipline. - Knowledge of SQL and programming concept is a plus Experience : - Work experience of 1-3 years in a similar field - Experience in implementing & supporting business applications - Hands-on experience managing and developing SharePoint applications and in-depth knowledge of SharePoint platform technologies is a plus Languages : Very good command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing) Computer Skills - Advanced Level of SharePoint Applications and SharePoint platform technologies - Advanced Level of MS Office
