Description     • To receive visitors and employees who come to see the manager and scheduler. • To save the messages and the appropriate documents in its files, as well as save and arrange files in an orderly manner for easy reference when requested or needed. • Respond to telephone calls received by the company, people, and converted to all stakeholders and documented. • Delivery of incoming mail daily and recorded and sorted and distributed to the different sections, as well as care of the mail of the institution and documented. • preparation of meetings, writing minutes of meetings. • Study requested by the Director of the subjects with the full report about them. • Viewing of public information and the relevant acts of the companys director. • Print books, correspondence and reports that are requested of them by the Heads of Departments after approval by the Director. • Carry out the scan (make copies) if required to do so. • carry out the duty of hospitality with visitors of the company
Qualifications    Bachelor of Business Administration
Gender    Male
Experience    1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills    2. Excellent in communication & interpersonal skills & able to communication to all level 3. Independent, enthusiasm, pleasant personality & able to work under pressure 4. Good computer skills especially with Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. 5. Highly independent and motivated
