Description Responsible for managing business operations, planning market strategy, and is accountable to the board of directors. Works closely and effectively with the Managing Director to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Provide administrative support including coordinating logistics, schedules and travel arrangements efficiently. Take a strategic approach in planning client meetings. Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the Managing Directors office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff departments; demonstrating leadership.
Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in same field. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. • Expert working level knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. • The ability to interact with executives and employees and clients at all levels in a fast paced environment, while remaining flexible, proactive, and resourceful with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role.
