Description Main Responsibilities: — In-depth knowledge in managing Sub-Contracting/Main Contracting projects. — Calculating Projects Insurance and managing constructions Taxations. — Review financial figures, reports to ensure completeness and accuracy of accounting books. — Responsible for full reporting: General accounting, monthly, quarterly, year-end closings & Audit. — Maintaining and controlling companys financial records — Development of financial reporting and consolidation — Analyzing and reviewing operating budget and forecast — Management of cash and balance sheet exposure — Review & control company book closing. — Establish & maintain internal control environment — Advice and compliance with legal matters and updating legal documents — Preparing cash flow forecasting. — Preparing responses to external authorities queries (Banks, Tax, etc) — Ensure compliance with statutory & company rules. — Ensure collections are done on time. — Ensure invoices are settled promptly to clients.
Qualifications Required Knowledge & Experience: University Degree from Finance, preferably with academic records in CFA, CPA or CMA. 5-7 years working experience in the field of Finance and accounting in a Construction/Trade Contracting Company. - Knowledge of accounting principles, policies and procedures, corporate budgeting, statistics and financial analysis methods and recommendations. - Good understanding of IFRS and local accounting standards
